01 Overview
If you wish to discontinue using the Trading School app (www.tdschool.xyz) and would like to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data, you can do so easily by following the steps below. Once deleted, your account data, course progress, and saved simulation metrics cannot be recovered.
02 How to Request Data Deletion
To request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data, please submit a request to our privacy team:
Send an email to support@tdschool.xyz with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Please ensure you email from or include the email address registered to your Trading School account so our support team can verify your identity and process your deletion request promptly.
03 What Data Is Removed?
Upon successful processing of your email deletion request, we permanently erase:
- Your account credentials (name, username, and email address).
- Your custom user preferences and learning progression history.
- Any associated simulation cache and technical logs tied to your unique user ID.
